Only JULAC Library Card borrowing will be suspended from 6 June to 17 July 2017. You can still use valid JULAC Library Card to visit other UGC funded Libraries. However, some of the UGC funded libraries may implement blackout periods to all JULAC card holders according to the needs of their own users. Please check the webpages of the libraries concerned for details of the blackout periods.
