A Hold Pickup Notice will be sent to you once a hold arrives at the branch and is ready for pickup. Please collect the listed item(s) at the Library and by the last pickup date as shown on the Notice. Relevant information is also available on your list of requests in “My Library Record”. If you are picking up CUHK books at the University Library and Chung Chi Library, please go directly to the self-service hold pickup shelves and borrow the items using self-service borrow machine. To pick up all other items, including HKALL items, AV materials and accompanying materials, please visit the respective library service counter.
