HKALL request is not available when …

  • you have not signed in to LibrarySearch;
  • you are not eligible for HKALL service;
  • you have reached the maximum HKALL Hold/Loan quota;
  • your library account is blocked;
  • the holdings at other UGC libraries are not available to be requested through HKALL service (e.g. special collection, DVD etc.);
  • there is/are the holding(s) available to be borrowed at CUHK Library.

Please also note that your HKALL requests can/may be cancelled by the lending library. For details, please visit: http://lib.cuhk.edu.hk/en/use/interlibrary-loan/hkall/status.
