A book with “In transit” status means that the book is being transferred from one location to another.

This will appear if the book:

  • has been requested to be delivered to other branch library
  • is being returned to its owning library
  • is a new item which is being delivered to its owning library

If the book is not requested by library user, we will re-shelve the book once it is transit back to its owning library. You may retrieve the book from the shelf when the status is “Item on Shelf”.
