Q. How do I pay for library fines and fees?

We encourage timely payment of library fines and fees with the following payment methods:
 

1. Online payment 
   Simply login to My Library Record and click “Pay” under the tab “FINE + FEES” to access the CUHK Library Online Payment system. Click here for how to. If your Library Card has expired, you may login our Online Payment system to settle the library fines and fees.
    
2. Cash or Octopus Card
   Pay by cash or Octopus Card at the Service Counter or Help Desk of any CUHK Libraries.
    
3. Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, UnionPay Credit Card, Visa Card, WeChat Pay
   Pay by Alipay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, UnionPay Credit Card, Visa Card or WeChat Pay at the Service Counter of the University Library.
    
4. Cheque or bank draft
   Crossed cheque or bank draft (redeemable by local banks), payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong” shall be sent to:
