A Circulation Activity Report is a courtesy reminder that the Library sends to graduates to remind them of any outstanding loans activity, including any overdue items and/or fines in their account. You can check your loans via My Library Record. Please return all borrowed item(s) and/or settle all outstanding fines, if any, otherwise your degree certificate/transcript will be withheld by the University until these item(s) is/are returned and fines, if any, are cleared.
